Other manufacturers of non-metallic faucets use o-rings to join waterway shanks and spouts. At Phoenix we think there&#39s a better way. Phoenix non-metallic underbodies are assembled using our unique SPIN WELDING process. Spin welding creates a one piece waterway and requires NO SEALS, NO O-RINGS and NO SNAP TOGETHER COMPONENTS offering the BEST SEAL against drips and leaks.

Phoenix non-metallic faucets use a Durapro^TM underbody. Durapro is a unique, lead-free material resistant to household cleaners, chemicals, acids, plumbers&#39 putty and insecticides. They are tested to withstand over 500 psi and 180°F.  All Phoenix faucets comply with the requirements of ANSI A112.18.1M.  Max flow rate is 2.0GPM for aerators and 2.5 GPM for shower heads at 80 PSI.
